This technical specification applies to all Artomu Home custom TV console products, including floor-standing, floating, full-wall integrated and base-cabinet combinations. Built on ENF-grade eco panels, imported hardware, precision craftsmanship, ergonomics and smart integration, it serves as the unified standard for design, production, quality inspection and product promotion.
1. Substrate & Environmental Standards
Cabinet substrate: Main body adopts 18mm thick ENF-grade eco panels, back panel adopts 9mm thick same material, stable structure and deformation resistant for large wall units.
Eco standard: Formaldehyde emission ≤0.025mg/m³, meeting GB 18580-2017 ENF grade (China’s highest environmental standard) for a healthy home environment.
Finish options: Matte PET skin-feel finish, natural wood grain, stone top and shadow wood finish, scratch-resistant, easy to clean, and consistent color across the whole house.
Edge band: Same color and material edge strip, 1.5mm thickness, no color difference with the panel.
2. Standard Hardware Configuration
Hinges: Standard fitted with Austrian Blum clip-on soft-close hinges, tested for ≥200,000 opening cycles, silent buffering and corrosion resistant.
Drawer slides: Blum full-extension soft-close slides, rated load ≥30kg, smooth and stable operation with full access.
Shelf supports: 32mm system adjustable shelf brackets, load capacity ≥15kg per shelf, flexible height adjustment.
Mounting hardware: Floating models adopt hidden heavy-duty hanging brackets, load capacity ≥80kg per linear meter, invisible installation for clean facade.
Upgrade options: Glass door soft-close hinges, pull-down organizers, built-in cable trays, push-to-open latches (handle-free solution), Blum high drawer hardware.

Edge banding technology
Standard: PUR hot melt edge banding, peeling strength ≥70N/25mm, moisture-proof and durable.
Premium: Laser edge banding, seamless glue-free joint for ultra-refined finish.
Drilling process: 32mm system modular drilling, hole position accuracy ±0.1mm, flexible shelf adjustment.
Edge treatment: Exposed corners default to R15 safety rounded edges, customizable R10-R30 arcs to prevent bumps.
Assembly: Three-in-one invisible connectors, tight splicing with no obvious nail holes on appearance.
